At first, I want to show you my first recipe, about how to make a protein shake with things. That you would just get down in your local newsagent or shopping center. Or can gain from whatever because not everyone like me gets the protein for free. I go to the gyms look sexy as out but anyways let kick it off alright. So first off we’re gonna put in some Greek yogurt. This one is unbelievable. The macros on are so good. The Protein contents are actually higher than the carbohydrate contents. I didn’t know how to pronounce it looks like faith or beige or something. But actually says here it’s pronounced by yap, so this one is great. It is going to be some protein milk. Now up in a lot of places all over the world. And this is the only time I’ve ever seen protein milk god bless the place. So take advantage of this people and we’re going to put in 200 milliliters of these 15 grams of natural peanut butter. I really like Meridian brand it’s just you know the ingredients are just 100% peanuts and then just an average sized banana. This is about 100 grams in a range and then some frozen raspberries 33 grams. And also the banana is frozen too when you put in frozen fruit it makes it kind of like ice cream. You know when it when it blends, Olaf gives a really good consistency. So let’s put this all together now also don’t forget to give the yogurt to go to stir it up. Next a hundred gram of egg whites out or you know I bought this just dead local shop as well. But you can just crack egg whites into it as well, and luckily again we live in a country where 24 eggs are tree Euro. And you know that’s not even cheapest price out there so and then in goes the peanut butter. Peanut butter is love; peanut butter is life in with fruit. Alright and then last but not least 200 milliliters off protein milk, I swear got out more. So you know if you just want to pour it straight onto the scales save yourself a bit of time that’s what it equals alright. So that is it all to go and the macros for this is something like 47 grams of protein 46 grams of carbohydrate and 8 grams of fat. So it is like the perfect shake let’s giving it a taste testing though I know its gonna taste well. Then look at color and everything is absolutely spot-on. Then you must go to enjoy.
Now come to my next method of making protein shake at home. I have a natural source of ingredients that you guys can use anytime day starting off, what you need is a food scale. So here we have the star fruit scale. And you can start off with yogurt. What we’re going to do is we’re going to add about eighty seven point five grams of yogurt. So that is about ten point five grams of protein. I have everything written over here on the side. So let me just grab this. So we’re going to weigh out eighty seven point five grams. We have 100 grams of strawberries. Here we now need to wash them. And then cut them up. So we’re going to add hundred grams of this throw that in we’re going to insert. I already weighed this out earlier. And we’re going to add a cup of milk. Or you’re 50 rounds there we go. And lastly we’re going to add some peanut butter. So for the peanut butter what I’m going to do it is the opposite point. So we go place the peanut butter on top of the scale. Now fold the cap first hit zero and we’re going to pull out 15 grams quite sticky. So take some time coming. Now we got 17 grams that’s fine 17 grams. We’re going to pour it up. Then there stir it up a little bit. So if you guys haven’t having a blender or just a normal sized blender that’s completely fine. So we want to do is to plug it in. And we’re gonna start blending. So this is the attachable, so attach this basalt inside and here we have a protein smoothie. This is really good actually. So take the first sip this is really good. So I definitely recommend you guys actually doing this. If your parents think that protein powder is steroid and if you guys are on a tight budget so definitely recommend this it’s very cheap and a place for everything.
